Hall of Fame broadcaster Ted Robinson to emcee the 2023 Pac-12 Sustainability Conference

SAN FRANCISCO - Emmy Award-winning sports broadcaster Ted Robinson will be the emcee for the 2023 Pac-12 Sustainability Conference, which is set to take place on June 21-22 at Stanford University.
 
With over four decades of experience, Robinson has been the voice of Pac-12 football and men’s basketball on Pac-12 Networks since its launch in 2012. In addition to his work with the Conference of Champions, Robinson has served as play-by-play announcer for the Golden State Warriors, Oakland Athletics, San Francisco 49ers and San Francisco Giants.
 
Robinson also works with NBC, Tennis Channel and USA Network, calling dozens of major tennis events including the French Open, US Open, Wimbledon, and the Gold Medal match at the 2012 Olympics. Robinson has called 13 Olympic Games, which began with the Team USA baseball Gold Medal contest in the 2000 Sydney Games.
 
In 2022, Robinson was inducted into the California Sports Hall of Fame to add to his illustrious resume, which includes two Emmys.
 
The Pac-12 Sustainability Conference is focused on an elevated approach to driving sustainability action within collegiate athletics departments, designing new collective initiatives, and sharing best practices to transform college sports into a platform for social impact and environmental progress. Keynote speakers for the 2023 event include former Major League outfielder and Co-Founder of Players for the Planet Chris Dickerson, Sport Ecology Researcher and Professor Dr. Jessica Murfee, and President of Stanford University Dr. Marc Tessier-Lavigne.
