Throughout the month of May, Pac-12 campuses and communities take part in promoting Mental Health Awareness Month. Activations to drive awareness for caring for one's mental wellness occurred in several notable arenas, including Hillenbrand Stadium during the inaugural 2023 Pac-12 Softball Tournament.
As part of the activation in Tucson, the C.A.T.S Clinical and Sport Psychology Group from the University of Arizona hosted a station on the stadium's concourse to pass out green wristbands and ribbons to fans, encouraging everyone to include mental health in their overall health and well-being hygiene.
