The 2024 Pac-12 Men's Golf Championships are set to take place April 26-28, hosted by Arizona State University at Desert Forest Golf Club in Carefree, Ariz.

The three-day, 6-count-5, 72-hole stroke play competition will play at par-71 and 7,203 yards for its Desert Forest debut. ASU will be hosting for the fifth time since joining the Conference in 1979 (1979, 1990, 2000, 2010). It will mark just the sixth Championships to be played at 7,200 yards or longer.

In the 63 prior stagings of the Pac-12 Championships, the host has won 18 times, including each of the past two years (Stanford 2023, Washington 2022) and three times (USC 2018) in the past five tournaments.

Split tee times will be utilized beginning at 6:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. MT for Friday's 36 holes, 9:00 a.m. for Saturday's third round, and 7:30 a.m. for Sunday's final round. Daily 30-minute highlight shows will air on Pac-12 Network at 10:00 a.m. PT the morning following each day of competition.

The No. 3 nationally ranked Sun Devils, who lead a quintet of top-25 teams according to the latest Scoreboard/Clippd national rankings, will be searching for their 13th all-time Conference title but first since 2008. Defending team champion Stanford has climbed nearly 60 spots since early February (No. 88) to reside just outside the top 25 at No. 29.

STANFORD's third-ranked Michael Thorbjornsen, limited to just five collegiate events this season due to injury, is set to return to defend his 2023 individual title. He would be the first repeat Pac-12 champion since Paul Casey won three consecutive crowns from 1998-2000. He'll be joined by 16 other top-100 collegians according to Scoreboard/Clippd national rankings, headlined by Arizona State's top-10 duo of Wenyi Ding (No. 1) and Preston Summerhays (No. 8). Thorbjornsen, Ding and Summerhays are ranked third, fifth and sixth, respectively, in the World Amateur Golf Rankings (WAGR).

Following the Championships, Pac-12 teams will turn their attention to postseason competition which will begin with NCAA Regional play May 13-15 followed by the NCAA Championships hosted by Texas at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, Calif., May 24-29. The NCAA Selection Show will air on GOLF Channel on Wednesday, May 1 at 11:00 a.m. PT.
